Collect the dry flowers |
Put them into a glass jar |
Add hot water. Or add plain water and leave it under the sun. |
Stir |
In about a minute, the juice will start seeping into the water. |
And the water will turn deep blue in about 5 minutes. |
Try adding lemon to one half of it. |
And lo! You get a purple drink. Add some ginger juice and sweetener to get a different taste. Learnt all this from Sandhya Manian who makes this often. Will post a more detailed recipe from her soon! |
